FAQ for AMTRUST MOBILE SOLUTIONS SERVICE CONTRACT 1
New Devices – a cell phone, smartphone or tablet that is purchased as brand-new concurrently with the service contract; which has a new manufacturer’s original equipment warranty.
Used Devices – a cell phone, smartphone or tablet that is already in use prior to the purchase of the service contract. (Subject to a 30-day waiting period.)
Mechanical or electrical breakdown of a covered device due to defects in materials or workmanship. Advanced exchange 2 , power surge damage, defective buttons/connectivity ports and defective pixels are also covered.
Optional upgrade – accidental damage from handling (damage resulting from dropping the covered device, liquid spillage or in association with screen breakage).
Accessories, pre-existing conditions and cosmetic damage. See contract for a complete list of exclusions.
For New Devices – Repairs up to the amount equal to the MSRP of the covered device as of its purchase date; OR up to two (2) advanced exchange replacements; whichever occurs first. Applies during any consecutive 12-month period.
For Used Devices – Repairs up to the amount equal to the current MSRP of a replacement product of equal features/functionality; OR up to two (2) advanced exchange replacements; whichever occurs first. Applies during any consecutive 12-month period.
Standard Cell Phone: $49.00 per claim
Smartphone or Tablet: $99.00 per claim
For New Devices – as of the contract purchase date.
For Used Devices – 30 days after the contract purchase date.

Call 1-888-328-0171 or visit www.MyProtectionPlan360.com to file a claim. Once your coverage and claim have been validated, the administrator will work with you and arrange for service of your covered device.
If we decide to replace your original device instead of repairing it, such replacement will be matched as close to your original covered device as possible, and may be new or factory-refurbished with a manufacturer’s warranty. In some cases though, we may only be able to provide a replacement device of like kind, quality and similar functionality of your original device that may not be the same color or model as your original device.
Yes. You can cancel the service contract at any time by calling the administrator at 1-888-328-0171. No cancellation fees!3
1 The AmTrust Mobile Solutions Service Contract is not an insurance policy; it is a service contract provided by AMT Warranty Corp. and administered by Warrantech Consumer Product Services, Inc. (in Florida – the service agreement provider is Technology Insurance Company, Lic. No. 03605 and the administrator is WCPS of Florida, Inc., Lic. No. 80202). 2 Advanced Exchange is provided at the administrator’s discretion and in lieu of covered repairs. Valid credit card is required to be on file with the administrator. Failure to return original defective device within 10 days of confirmed delivery receipt of advanced replacement device will result in a non-returned device fee equal to the MSRP of the replacement device.
3 Cancellations: if contract purchase price is paid in full upon initial purchase, cancellation within the first 30 days provides a 100% refund of the contract purchase price paid minus any claims paid under the contract. After 30 days, provides a pro-rata refund based on 100% of the contract purchase price paid minus any claims paid under the contract. If contract purchase is paid on a monthly basis, cancellation within the first 30 days provides a 100% refund of the contract purchase price amount paid. After 30 days, provides a pro-rata refund of that billing cycle’s monthly charge, if any.
